Who is behind this
FantaVoice is an independent project by Matteo Lippiello. There is no editorial team and no company: the site, the tools and the guides are made by one person, and support replies come from that same person.
That has a practical consequence for timing: everything gets read, but a reply may take a couple of days. Reports about an auction in progress take priority over everything else.
What to write so the answer helps
The reports that get solved on the first try almost always contain the same four things: what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, and on which device and browser. If it concerns an auction, add the moment — lot preparation, countdown, sale — because that is where the rules, and therefore the possible causes, change.
If the problem is about the voice, we need to know which microphone you were using: the computer's, a headset, or a phone left in the middle of the table. Three different situations, with three different fixes.
Passwords, codes received by email and access tokens are never needed: we do not ask for them, and if they arrive we will ask you to change them straight away.
Personal data and deletion
You can ask what data we process, have it corrected, or ask for deletion by writing to support@fantavoice.it from the address you registered with: that prevents someone else asking on your behalf.
Before asking for deletion, download what matters to you: the Downloads and backups section exports your leagues, squads and the summary of auctions already completed.
How the guides are written
The guides describe the common conventions of Italian fantasy football — bonuses and penalties, conversion thresholds, modifiers, auction formats — and always say when a rule is a convention rather than a law, because leagues change them constantly.
They contain no marks, valuations or player lists gathered from third parties: those are databases built by whoever publishes them, and they are not ours. For the same reason the tools ask you for the numbers instead of downloading them from somewhere.
If you find a mistake or a rule described badly, write to support@fantavoice.it: corrections reported by readers are applied and the page is updated.
