How we choose what to write

Two things end up here. First: what changes in the site tools, when something people actually use changes - a sheet that could not be printed, a calculation that was wrong, a new tool.

Second: what matters at this point of the season. Auctions in September, the winter transfer window in November, the standings that do not add up in January. These are our own comments, not other people s news.

When something happened elsewhere - a rule change, a league decision - we write it in our own words and link to where we read it. We never republish someone else s text, not even in part: whoever wants the source opens it and reads it where it was published.
